He is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time & patience to listen then answer any questions &/or concerns. He is very thorough yet efficient in treating our home. I have updated my initial review to 5 stars because of how the the owner of the business responded to my concern. After speaking with him, I had the opportunity to learn how passionate and committed he is about non-toxic solutions for pest control, protecting the environment and ensuring that customers have an excellent experience. I truly believe that they are good people. I do recommend this company and plan to use them in the future knowing that they have odorless, organic, natural solutions for protecting the home from pests.

Jonathan came out to inspect and treat our home today. He has been here before and we are always impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. He is much more than a field representative -- he is an expert and we're glad he takes care of our needs so thoroughly.

John Browning is incredibly knowledgeable and dependable. He has been taking care of my home since I moved in, and thanks to his thorough work, my house has remained completely free of annoying bugs. Beyond pest control, John also offers helpful advice on lawn care, which I really appreciate. His expertise and friendly guidance have made a big difference. Highly recommended!

Have used them for years, and they are great. Easy to schedule, and they remind you they are coming and are flexible if you need to change times and days with notice. We have had the same tech come to our house every time, and he is fantastic! He remembers us and knows our house, and knows exactly what to do. On the quarterly visits now he just shows up and quickly does his thing and we don’t have any bugs. I think having this dedicated model of specialist who really understand and listen to the homeowner and know the property makes a huge difference. That is why we have used Eco safe and stay with them. It’s quick, easy, and affordable.

Jonathan came out on the same day and did an exceptional job of explaining everything and doing all the treatments we required of him for our property. He was thorough, friendly and I would highly recommend Eco-Safe Pest Control. When two of the big ones failed to do as they promised (Terminix and Orkin), Eco-Safe Pest Control stepped in and took care of the job. And a job well done at that. Jeremy came out to help and he did a great job! He was so knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He answered all of my questions and got every set up to prevent anything in the future. The company was quick to communicate and send all the paperwork over. 10/10, no notes, he was great!

Absolute best customer service. My first experience: I had called to schedule them to come give a quote and view my property. (Realize I hadn’t ever done business with them, just getting an estimate). The day they were supposed to come; I had to put my dog down, unexpectedly. I called them to reschedule, but I was crying as I told them why I needed to reschedule for the next week. 3’days later when my mail came, I had a handwritten envelope addressed to me, with just a street address in the return address section. Upon opening, they had sent me a hand written sympathy card; signed by all of their employees with words of condolences for my sweet pet. If that isn’t the most amazing customer service in the business, I don’t know what is. Thank you! And I’m now a customer for life.

Phenomenal service! Jeremy was very knowledgeable, honest, and was able to treat the house same day! Love that they use all natural products over harsh chemicals and don't lock you into a contract. Highly recommend!
